Topics
How saved topics search for Parliament and policy records.
A topic is a saved search. Choose a public topic or create one with keywords, phrases and the supported Boolean words AND, OR and NOT. TabledHQ checks new records against the topic and shows source-linked matches.
To create a topic, sign in, open Topics and choose New topic. Give it a clear name and a search expression. Review the preview before saving. Keep terms specific enough to be useful, but avoid adding personal or confidential information.
Open a topic to see its query and recent matches. The available window depends on the plan. A public topic can have no matches; that does not mean the source is empty or that future records cannot match.
To change a topic, choose Edit. To remove it, choose Delete and confirm. Deleting a topic removes that saved search; it does not remove the original Parliament or GOV.UK record.
The Free plan includes up to 2 topics and Individual up to 10. When you reach the limit, the page explains your options. Free doesn't send alert emails; on Individual you choose a daily or weekly digest, and alerts, in Account. See Free and paid plans.
