Searching parliamentary and policy records

How to search TabledHQ records, filter results and understand the Free and Individual search windows.

You can search the parliamentary and policy records held by TabledHQ from the Search page. Enter a keyword or phrase; use AND, OR, NOT and quotation marks for an exact phrase. Search terms are matched against the title and text we hold, and every result links to its source record.

Filters

Use the source filter to narrow results to a type or group, such as bills, debates, written questions, consultations or legislation. A filter changes the results for the same search; it does not change what is stored.

Search windows

  • Free plan: results from the last 30 days.
  • Individual plan: results from the last 365 days.

The window is calculated by the service when the search runs. It is not a promise that every source has a record for every day. The Sources and licences page shows the source families and their licences.

Check the source

TabledHQ is a monitor, not an official record. Open the source link before relying on a result, especially when a record is updated or corrected. Contains Parliamentary information licensed under the Open Parliament Licence v3.0 and, where GOV.UK data is used, the Open Government Licence v3.0.

TabledHQ is independent and not affiliated with UK Parliament or the UK Government.
