Digest timing

How weekly and daily digests are scheduled in UK time.

TabledHQ schedules digests using UK time. The service handles the change between GMT and British Summer Time automatically, so the hour you choose remains a London local time.

Free plan

The Free plan doesn't send digests. New matches show on your dashboard. On Individual or Team you choose the weekday and hour in Digest settings. If the digest is switched off, no scheduled digest is sent.

Individual plan

The Individual plan can send a digest every day, or once a week if you prefer. Daily and weekly choices are checked against the plan before a digest is due.

Individual daily users may also have an optional second same-day digest at a different permitted London hour when that setting is available. The second digest contains newly matched records since the previous digest rather than repeating the same entries.

What the timing means

The chosen time is the time at which TabledHQ checks whether your digest is due. Delivery can take a short time after that while the email is prepared and handed to the configured email provider.

A digest groups new items from the records you follow and includes links to their original sources. The Alerts and digests article explains the difference between a digest and hourly alerts.

Change or stop a digest

Open Digest settings to change the weekday, hour or frequency, or to switch digests off. A Free account has no digest to set up.

If an account changes from Individual to Free, digests stop. Your topics and follows are kept and still show on your dashboard, and digests start again if you upgrade.
