Terms Draft

The terms for using TabledHQ, including refunds, cancelling and acceptable use. Last updated 2 November 2026.

1. About these terms

These terms cover your use of TabledHQ, which monitors UK Parliament, GOV.UK and the devolved legislatures for the topics, bills and members you choose. TabledHQ is run by Data Logic Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17558203), registered office 66 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NA. "We" and "us" mean Data Logic Ltd.

By creating an account you agree to these terms. They include our refund and cancellation rules and our acceptable use rules, below. Nothing in them affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

TabledHQ is independent and not affiliated with UK Parliament, the Scottish Parliament or GOV.UK.

2. Your account

You sign in with a link we email to you, so keep your email address up to date and your inbox secure. One account is for one person; Team plans add seats for colleagues.

3. Plans and prices

Free: up to 2 topics, updated on your dashboard, at no cost, for as long as you like.

  • Individual: £9.99 a month. Founding price £6.99 a month for the first 100 customers or until 31 Jan 2027, whichever comes first. It stays at that price while you remain subscribed.
  • Team: £39 a month, for up to 7 people. Founding price £29 a month for the first 100 customers or until 31 Jan 2027, whichever comes first. It stays at that price while you remain subscribed.

Prices are in pounds sterling, charged monthly in advance. The price you will pay is shown before you add a card.

4. Free trial

Paid plans start with a 7-day free trial. No card is needed to start it. If you don't add a card, your account moves to the Free plan when the trial ends and you are not charged.

Adding a card takes your first monthly payment straight away and ends the trial at that point.

5. Cancelling and refunds

  • Within 14 days of a payment: cancel and you get a full refund of that payment automatically, and your plan ends. A refund in this period also gives up any founding price place, so re-joining later is at the price then on offer.
  • After 14 days: cancelling stops future payments and your plan ends at the end of the month you have paid for. We give a pro rata refund for the unused part of the month only if you ask.

You can cancel from the billing section of your account, or ask us using our contact form. We confirm every cancellation on screen.

6. Emails we send

On the Free plan we send no emails except sign-in and account emails, such as sign-in links and notices about your account, trial or billing. Paid plans add the briefings and alerts you choose, and every one of those has an unsubscribe link.

7. Acceptable use

Use TabledHQ lawfully, for following public information for your own work, research or interest. Please don't:

  • use it to break the law, or to harass or threaten anyone;
  • try to get into accounts, systems or data that aren't yours, or test our security without our written permission;
  • overload, scrape or disrupt the service, or get round its limits;
  • share your sign-in links or resell access;
  • pretend to be someone else, or present TabledHQ as an official or government service.

If you see something wrong, tell us using our contact form and leave out passwords and card details. We may limit or suspend an account where that is reasonably needed to protect people or the service; we will tell you why where we can, and you can ask us to look again.

8. Where the information comes from

TabledHQ shows and links to public records from official sources. They are reused under their open licences, and those licences still apply if you reuse the data:

Official sources can be late, corrected, incomplete or briefly unavailable, and summaries can miss things. TabledHQ is not the official record, so check the linked source before relying on anything important. We don't give legal, political, financial or other professional advice.

9. Changes and availability

We keep improving TabledHQ, so features can change. If a change materially affects a paid plan, we will tell you first and you can cancel. The service can sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or because a source is down.

10. Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss caused by errors or delays in the official sources. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

11. Your data

How we use your personal data is explained in our privacy information.

12. Contact and complaints

For help, questions or complaints, use our contact form. We aim to reply within 24 hours. You can also write to Data Logic Ltd, 66 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NA.

13. Law and changes to these terms

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts, and you keep the consumer protections of the place you live.

If we change these terms we will show the new date here and, for changes that matter, tell you before they apply.
