There are three plans. The Free plan costs nothing. The Individual plan costs £9.99 a month, or £6.99 a month for the first 100 customers or until 31 Jan 2027 while that founding offer is open. The Team plan costs £39 a month for 7 seats, or £29 a month for the first 100 customers or until 31 Jan 2027 while that founding offer is open. No. The 7-day free trial starts without a card, and the Team trial is 7 days on the same terms. If you add a card during the trial, that ends the trial and your first payment is taken straight away. Cancel within 14 days of a payment (the first one or any renewal) for a full automatic refund of that payment. See when your trial ends and billing and cancelling.

Yes. Cancel from Billing. Within 14 days of a payment, including a renewal, you get a full automatic refund of that payment and the paid plan ends straight away. After that, the plan stops at the end of the month you've paid for, with no refund, and a pro rata refund is only given on request. Nothing you follow is deleted.
