Privacy notice (draft)

Draft pending Kes's answers (controller name, contact email, retention).

The waitlist stores the email address and optional answers you give, the consent wording version and time, and a daily-salted hash of your IP address (never the raw IP). Data is held by Cloudflare (hosting, database, anti-spam) in the EU. The anti-spam check uses Cloudflare Turnstile; see Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Addendum. We keep waitlist details until launch plus 12 months, or until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Unconfirmed sign-ups are deleted 14 days after the confirmation email.

Messages you send through the help contact form (your name, email address and message) are kept for 2 years, then deleted.

Account activity

We keep a simple log of account activity (which pages and features a signed-in account uses, when, and on which of our services) so we can run the service, keep it secure and help you when you ask for support. It records at most a rough country, never your IP address or what you type, uses no third-party tracking or extra cookies, and is kept for 90 days, then deleted.

Help requests you send from inside the app (your message and the page you were on) are kept while your account is open and deleted with it.
